Content & Intellectual Property Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content on ThueMi, including: profile pictures, profile photos, intro videos, voice samples, bios, Packages, Looking-to-hire posts, Available-for-hire posts, Offers, messages, chat images, reviews and reports ("Your Content"). It forms part of the Terms of Use.

2. Your rights in your content

2.1 You keep ownership

You keep all intellectual property rights and image rights in Your Content. AnPuPu does not become its owner.

2.2 The licence you grant AnPuPu

By posting Your Content, you grant AnPuPu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, convert, compress, crop, create thumbnails of, display and distribute Your Content, solely to operate, protect and improve ThueMi, including:

• displaying profiles, Packages and public posts on the ThueMi website and apps;
• transcoding video and audio, creating cover images and thumbnails, and delivering them through storage networks and CDNs;
• moderation, handling reports, resolving disputes, and providing it to competent authorities upon lawful request;
• featuring public profiles within the Platform (e.g. highlights, recommendations).

Your images and videos are used in advertising outside the Platform (social media, press, paid ads) only with your separate consent.

The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for: backups still within the backup cycle, content needed for disputes, reports and legal obligations under the Privacy Policy, and content already shared with others (e.g. messages in a conversation).

2.3 Your commitments

You confirm that:

• you own or have the legal right to the content you post;
• people appearing in photos and videos have consented (a Companion's profile photos may show only that Companion);
• the content does not breach the law, the Community Guidelines or third-party rights.

3. Content rules

3.1 Prohibited content

• Pornography, nudity, sexually suggestive content, hints at sexual services (including emojis and slang).
• Images of persons under 18 (except family photos that do not reveal a child's identity, with guardian consent, and unrelated to the service).
• Violence, gore, weapons, drugs; incitement, hatred, discrimination.
• False information, impersonation, other people's photos, AI-generated images presented as real photos of you.
• Phone numbers, social media handles, bank account numbers, payment QR codes or external links intended for off-platform dealings.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, image rights or the privacy of others.
• Content that breaches Vietnamese law, including acts prohibited by the Law on Cybersecurity.

4. Processing and moderation

4.1 Technical processing

• Images are converted to WebP, resized, and stripped of EXIF metadata, including GPS location, before storage.
• Videos are transcoded (up to 720p) and stripped of metadata; voice samples are transcoded.
• Files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Approved public files are delivered via Cloudflare; private files (chat images, files pending review) are accessible only after authorisation.

4.2 Moderation

• Profile pictures, profile photos, videos, voice samples, Packages and Looking-to-hire posts are moderated before public display. Rejected content is deleted, with a reason given.
• Messages and posts are filtered automatically for solicitation, scams and off-platform contact details. Violating content may be masked, hidden or sent to a moderator.
• Chat images are not pre-moderated but may be reviewed when reported.
• We are not obliged to pre-screen all content and cannot guarantee that every violation is caught immediately. Please report violations you see.

4.3 Reviews

• Only users who completed a Booking can leave a review. Reviews are shown once both sides have submitted or after 7 days.
• We do not edit reviews. A review is removed only if it breaches this Policy (e.g. abuse, personal information, irrelevance, fakes, reviews traded for benefits).

5. Notice and takedown

5.1 Who can submit

Anyone who believes content on ThueMi infringes their rights (copyright, trademark, image rights, privacy) or breaches the law.

5.2 How to submit

• Users: report in the app on the content concerned.
• Non-users: email to be updated with the subject "Content removal request", including:
  1. the requester's name and contact details (and a power of attorney if acting for someone else);
  2. a link or description sufficient to identify the content;
  3. the right infringed and supporting evidence (e.g. registration certificate, original work, your own photo);
  4. a statement that the information is accurate and that you take responsibility for the request.

5.3 Handling

1. We acknowledge receipt within 24 business hours.
2. Clearly infringing or harmful content (private images, images of minors, pornography) is hidden immediately while we review.
3. We notify the uploader (unless inappropriate) and give them 3 business days to respond.
4. We decide to remove, keep or modify the content and inform both sides.
5. Requests from competent state authorities are carried out within the time limits set by law.

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content are handled under the ladder in the Community Guidelines. Knowingly false removal requests may give rise to legal liability.

6. AnPuPu's intellectual property

• The "ThueMi" name and logo, the thuemi.com domain, and the Platform's interface, source code, databases, text, icons and designs are owned by or lawfully licensed to AnPuPu.
• You may not use the ThueMi name, logo or confusingly similar designs, create pages, apps or social media accounts impersonating ThueMi, or copy or scrape data from the Platform without written permission.
• Companions may say "Companion on ThueMi" and share a link to their profile, provided this does not suggest they are an employee or representative of AnPuPu.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback or ideas for ThueMi, we may use them without any obligation to pay or credit you, to the extent permitted by law.
