When you create an account, you are asked to accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (version 2026-10-01). We record the time, IP address and device information of your acceptance. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

3. What ThueMi is and is not
- ThueMi is an intermediary that provides the infrastructure for Customers and Companions to find each other, agree terms, pay through Escrow, communicate and resolve complaints.
- The companion service contract is formed directly between the Customer and the Companion. AnPuPu is not the provider of companion services and is not the Companion's employer.
- Every service on ThueMi is lawful, non-sexual social companionship: coffee, dates out, meeting the family, meeting friends, parties and weddings, outings and travel, playing sports together, duo gaming, voice calls and watching movies together.
- ThueMi is not a dating, matchmaking or marriage brokerage service, nor any form of sexual service. Prostitution and all related conduct are strictly prohibited by Vietnamese law and absolutely forbidden on ThueMi.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Age
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Persons under 18 may not use the Platform in any role. We may require age verification and will lock accounts where there are signs the user is under age.
4.2 Account
- You register with your phone number and a one-time code (OTP) sent via Zalo; you may also link Google or Apple sign-in.
- Each person may have only one account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your OTP codes and signed-in devices secure.
- The information you provide must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Do not impersonate anyone or use other people's photos.
- One account can be both a Customer and a Companion. To become a Companion, you must complete identity verification and accept the Companion Agreement.
4.3 Verification
Companions must verify their identity (ID document and face matching). We may require Customers to verify their identity in some cases (for example high-value or overnight Bookings, or after a suspicious report). The "Verified" badge only confirms that documents were checked at the time of verification; it is not a guarantee of a user's character or conduct.
5. Using the Platform
5.1 Finding and booking
Customers can: (a) choose a Companion and book one of their Packages; (b) book from an Available-for-hire post; or (c) publish a Looking-to-hire post, receive Offers and choose one. Before payment, the Platform shows the service price, service fee, any discount, the total, the cancellation policy and the dispute window.
5.2 Formation of the contract
The service contract between Customer and Companion is formed when the Customer's payment into Escrow succeeds and the Companion accepts the Booking (or the Booking is created from an Offer the Companion submitted and the Customer has paid). The Booking details (time, place or online format, scope, boundaries, price, cancellation policy) are stored as the reference for any dispute.
5.3 Payment
All payments for companion services must be made through the Platform. For Escrow, fees, cancellations and refunds see the Payment, Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy.
5.4 Communication
In-app chat is the official channel. To protect both sides, phone numbers, social media links and bank account numbers in messages are masked until the Booking is completed.
6. Customer obligations
When booking, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful, non-sexual social companionship. Before each in-person Booking, you confirm this commitment in the app.
- Describe truthfully your needs, location, time, number of attendees and any extra costs (tickets, travel, court fees, etc.) and who pays them.
- Choose public places; not ask to meet at a private home, hotel room or secluded place (except an organised event stated in the Booking, e.g. a family meal with relatives present when meeting the family).
- Respect the boundaries the Companion has published ("OK / Not OK"). The Companion may refuse any request and leave if they feel unsafe.
- Not pressure anyone to drink alcohol, and not use or offer illegal drugs.
- Not record audio or video of, photograph, or post images of the Companion without their consent.
- Arrive on time and check in/check out as instructed in the app.
- Not pay, exchange contacts or arrange meetings off the Platform to avoid fees or protections.
- Pay any extra costs agreed in the Booking.
7. Prohibited conduct
In addition to what the Community Guidelines prohibit, you must not:
- Buy, solicit or promote sexual services in any form, including by euphemism.
- Use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, gambling, human trafficking or any other unlawful activity.
- Post pornographic, violent, hateful, abusive content, or content that infringes other people's privacy or intellectual property.
- Create fake accounts, buy or sell accounts, or manipulate reviews or rankings.
- Scrape other users' data with automated tools, interfere with the system, or probe for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Try to re-register after being banned.
8. AnPuPu's rights
To protect users and comply with the law, we may:
- Moderate, reject, hide or remove profiles, Packages, posts, Offers, photos, videos, messages or reviews that breach the rules.
- Suspend accounts automatically or manually when there are signs of a serious violation, including automatic suspension, pending review, when two or more independent users report serious violations against the same account within 30 days.
- Warn, restrict features, permanently ban, and block the device, phone number and ID document.
- Hold funds related to a disputed Booking or suspected fraud.
- Provide information to competent authorities as required by law.
- Change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform, with reasonable notice when a change affects your rights.
The enforcement process is described in the enforcement ladder of the Community Guidelines.
9. Limitation of liability
- AnPuPu is not the provider of companion services. Companions are responsible for the services they provide; Customers are responsible for their own conduct.
- We apply identity verification, moderation and safety tools, but we cannot absolutely guarantee the conduct of any user. You should assess risks yourself and follow the safety guidance.
- To the extent permitted by law, AnPuPu's liability for damage arising directly from our fault in connection with a Booking is limited to the total amount you paid through the Platform for that Booking.
- This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it, including damage caused by AnPuPu's intentional fault and non-excludable consumer rights under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
- Liability for technical errors is set out in the Operating Regulation.
10. Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights to the content you post and grant AnPuPu the rights needed to operate the Platform. The "ThueMi" name, logo and the Platform's interface belong to AnPuPu. See the Content & Intellectual Property Policy.
11. Termination
- You can request account deletion in Settings or via to be updated. The account enters a 30-day pending-deletion period, during which you can cancel the request. You cannot delete your account while you have an ongoing or disputed Booking or an unsettled balance.
- We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms or at the request of a competent authority.
- After termination, some data is retained under the Privacy Policy and legal obligations (accounting, tax, dispute resolution).
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. New versions are published on the Platform with their effective date. For material changes, we notify you in the app or by email at least 7 days before the effective date (except changes required by law or to address urgent safety risks), and you must accept the new version to keep using the Platform. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Platform and request account deletion.
13. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law, including the 2015 Civil Code, the 2023 Law on Protection of Consumer Rights and the applicable e-commerce regulations.
- Disputes between a Customer and a Companion about a Booking are first handled through the Platform's complaint mechanism.
- Disputes with AnPuPu are preferably resolved by negotiation and mediation. Failing that, either party may bring the matter before a competent court in Vietnam. Consumers may choose the dispute resolution methods available under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
