1. What ThueMi is

ThueMi is an e-commerce trading platform where you can hire a companion by the hour for moments when you want someone by your side:

• Date for an hour: coffee, movies, a walk around town, dinner.
• Meeting the family: going back to your hometown, a meal with your parents, Tet, family memorials.
• Meeting friends: class reunions, birthdays, nights out with your crew.
• Parties and weddings: someone to go with, dressed for the occasion.
• Outings and travel: exploring the city, camping, taking photos together.
• Playing sports together: a doubles partner, a running buddy, a gym companion.
• Duo gaming: Valorant, Arena of Valor, PUBG, Free Fire…
• Voice calls, watching movies and chatting online.

You can pick a companion and book one of their Packages, book from an Available-for-hire post when they say they are free, or publish a Looking-to-hire post and let suitable companions send you Offers.

2. What ThueMi is not

• Not a sexual service of any kind. Prostitution is strictly prohibited by Vietnamese law; violations on ThueMi lead to a permanent ban and referral to the authorities.
• Not a dating, matchmaking or marriage brokerage app.
• Not a staffing agency: companions are independent service providers, not our employees.
• Not for anyone under 18.

3. Safety first

• Identity verification: every companion verifies an ID document and face match before their profile goes live.
• Escrow: your money is held until the Booking is completed and the dispute window has passed; if a companion declines or does not accept, you are refunded automatically.
• Clear boundaries: every companion publishes what is and is not OK, and can always say no.
• Safety tools: SOS, location sharing with loved ones via time-limited links, in-meeting check-ins, check-in and check-out, reporting and blocking.
• Anti-scam: phone numbers and links in chat are masked until the Booking is completed; every photo and video is moderated before it is shown.
• Transparent pricing: prices, fees and the cancellation policy are shown in full before you pay.
