Be honest with your family
Introduce the companion as what they are: a friend joining you for the occasion. Never present them as a fiancé(e) or spouse, or invent a story for your relatives. That breaks the community rules.
Book early, Tết is peak season
Each companion sets their own holiday availability and prices, so slots can fill up early. Check Tết 2027 and free time slots, or post a request with the days, place and tasks so companions can send you quotes.

Multi-day trips
Write into the booking: who pays for transport; a separate room for the companion and who pays for it, because multi-day bookings never include sharing a room; daily hours; and who covers meals.
Itinerary, dress code and scope
Plans and dress code only bind when written in the booking and agreed by both sides. Agree in ThueMi chat on the itinerary and exact meeting points, the dress code (an áo dài for New Year visits, smart clothes for a family meal), what is included (company, conversation, carrying, helping prepare) and what is not, including anything marked "Not OK" on the profile, such as drinking or photos.
A family meal at home
Meeting at private homes is not allowed, except for an organised event with relatives present that is written in the booking, such as a year-end family meal. The companion may decline or leave at any time.
Staying safe over Tết
- 18+ only, for customers and companions.
- Choose verified profiles: companions verify identity with their CCCD (front, back, portrait), checked manually by ThueMi staff.
- Meet in public, busy places and write the exact place in the booking.
- Pay the companion directly: bank transfer only to the account shown in the booking's payment details (the name must match), or pay at the meeting. Never pay to account numbers or QR codes sent in chat. You pay no fee to ThueMi.
- Use safety tools: up to 3 emergency contacts, a live location link you send to relatives, "I'm OK" check-ins, and the SOS button that alerts ThueMi's safety team. In danger, call 113 or 115.
- Report and block anyone who behaves inappropriately.
