Become a companion on ThueMi, requirements and rules

Enjoy conversation and want to earn extra joining people for coffee, parties, sports or duo games? Becoming a ThueMi companion may suit you.

Who it suits

• Open, good listeners who keep a conversation going without dominating it.
• Punctual people who keep their word and respect boundaries, theirs and the customer's.

You are an independent service provider, not an employee or contractor of ThueMi.

Requirements

1. 18 or older.
2. CCCD verification: front, back and a portrait selfie checked manually by ThueMi staff. One CCCD per account.
3. An avatar of yourself, matching your verified face.
4. At least one Gói (package).
5. Submit for review. The target is 24 hours after your CCCD is verified; only approved profiles go public.

Building a trusted profile

• Real, recent photos, up to 6, not edited to change how you look.
• Intro video up to 30 seconds, and a voice sample of 2–60 seconds, useful for voice chat or duo game.
• An honest bio and true details.
• "Can / Can't" boundaries, such as group photos, drinking, staying out after 10pm. They are part of every booking.
• Categories and areas you genuinely do well, such as Meeting friends, Coffee and movies, Sports or Family occasions.

Pricing and how income works

You set each Gói's price, a multiple of 1.000đ, within ThueMi's limits: per hour 30.000đ–3.000.000đ; per session 50.000đ–20.000.000đ; per day 200.000đ–30.000.000đ; per package 50.000đ–30.000.000đ; per game match 10.000đ–1.000.000đ. ThueMi does not publish "typical" earnings; check reference prices on ThueMi.

• Customers pay you directly: bank transfer to an account in your own verified name, or cash at the meeting. You keep the full booking amount.
• You pay a 20% platform fee in Xu ThueMi (1 Xu = 1.000đ, rounded up). It is held when you accept, charged only on completion, and returned if the booking doesn't happen.

Illustrative example (not an expected income): you set 150.000đ/hour and complete a 3-hour booking. The customer pays you 450.000đ; the fee is 20% = 90 Xu. Your travel costs and taxes are yours to account for.

Bonus Xu: 10 Xu when your profile is approved and 20 Xu for CCCD verification, expiring after 90 days. Packs: 50, 100, 200 (+20), 500 (+75) Xu. Xu cannot be withdrawn.

Taxes: customer payments are your income; you declare and pay personal income tax yourself. ThueMi may share your data with tax authorities when legally required.

Accepting bookings and reputation

• Manual acceptance gives you 12 hours; Nhận nhanh gives 3 minutes. You may decline any booking.
• Quote on customer requests or list free slots under /cho-thue.
• Check-in opens 30 minutes before and closes 60 minutes after the start time.
• Cancellation and no-show counts and completion rate are public on your profile. If a customer prepaid and you cancel or don't show, refund them in full.

Rules and safety for companions

• Refuse and leave whenever something crosses your boundaries or feels unsafe.
• Your CCCD-verified badge builds trust; fake profiles are banned.
• Public places only; the sole exception is an organised event with relatives present, written in the booking.
• Never share contacts, other bank details or QR codes in chat. Customers pay only to the account shown in the booking or at the meeting.
• SOS in an ongoing booking alerts the ThueMi safety team. In danger, call 113 or 115.
• Location sharing with family is recommended for every in-person booking.
• Report and block harassment, scams or propositions. All users are 18+; anything sexual is strictly forbidden.
